ASS Celebrates our 5th Anniversary!

It’s been five years since we launched Adult Site Surfer, and my how things have changed. When we started reviewing porn sites, they were much different than they are today. Content was mostly photo based for starters, and some companies were using underhanded tactics with their customers. We felt it was time for a consumer-oriented service that would help people avoid these problem sites, and so ASS was born.

Here we are 5 years later, and the landscape has changed considerably. It’s much harder for a crappy scam site to survive with sites like ours around. Customer service is something porn sites have to think about now, and there are just so many good sites that the bad ones struggle to compete. We feel great that we’ve been able to force some of the bad business practices from webmasters hands, by simply educating people and changing the way you shop for porn sites.

It’s time that our own website reflect some of these changes in the industry, and so we introduce our first major site redesign since 2002. I won’t bore you with the specifics, but we’ve got a brand new server, and all new code and graphics from the ground up. We really like all of the changes we’ve made, and we’re sure you will too. We thank you for your continued support!

Just going through and deleting a lot of dead sites here, seems like no matter how much we do this they never end. Added evidence of the need to use a porn review site like Adult Site Surfer before you join any paysites, because you never really know!

Our apologies, we had some serious technical problems over the last while, lost 2 hard drives in the same day on our server here. We were able to put the site back up, but unable to update it for some time. Several moves later, we are back online. Sorry!! Shit happens, especially to us it seems!
